Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup spinach
- dash of nutmeg
- 6 Tbls water
- 6 Tbls unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbls sugar
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and fully combined.
This recipe is simple to make and is the perfect size for one person. I have one of the original NutriBullets which allows me to blend and drink from the same cup. I plan on making many more smoothies this summer and this one was definite hit.
